A time-resolved immunochromatographic test strip and kit for detecting MYO, and a preparation method therefor. The test strip comprises a substrate, and a sample pad, a conjugating pad, a coated membrane and an absorbent paper provided on the substrate in sequence; the conjugating pad is coated with a fluorescent microsphere labeled MYO monoclonal detection antibody; the coated membrane comprises a detection area and a control area parallel to each other and arranged alternatingly; the detection area is coated with an MYO monoclonal capture antibody for identifying a single antigen epitope; the control area is coated with a goat anti mouse IgG antibody; the coated membrane is a nitrocellulose membrane conjugated with a polymer; the polymer is a material having 10% or less light transmittance at wavelengths of less than 450 nm and 95% or more light transmittance at wavelengths of 500 nm or more. The test strip can perform rapid and quantitative detection, provides accurate and reliable test results, has high sensitivity and a simple preparation method, is suitable for mass production, and has positive significance to MYO quantitative detection.

L'invention concerne une bandelette de test immunochromatographique à résolution temporelle et un kit de détection de MYO, ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation correspondant. La bandelette de test comprend un substrat et un tampon d'échantillon, un tampon de conjugaison, une membrane revêtue et un papier absorbant disposés sur le substrat en séquence ; le tampon de conjugaison est revêtu d'un anticorps de détection monoclonal MYO marqué par une microsphère fluorescente ; la membrane revêtue comprend une zone de détection et une zone de contrôle parallèles l'une à l'autre et disposées en alternance ; la zone de détection est revêtue d'un anticorps de capture monoclonal MYO, permettant d'identifier un épitope d'antigène unique ; la zone de contrôle est revêtue d'un anticorps IgG anti-souris de chèvre ; la membrane revêtue est une membrane de nitrocellulose conjuguée à un polymère ; le polymère est un matériau présentant 10 % ou moins de transmittance de lumière à des longueurs d'onde inférieures à 450 nm et 95 % ou plus de transmittance de lumière à des longueurs d'onde de 500 nm ou plus. La bande de test permet une détection rapide et quantitative, possède un résultat de test précis et fiable, une sensibilité élevée et un procédé de préparation simple, est appropriée pour une production de masse et est vraiment significative pour une détection quantitative de MYO.
