An embodiment of the invention discloses a medical imaging module establishing method and device, equipment and storage medium. The method comprises the steps of acquiring K space undersampling data of a medical image as a training sample; inputting the training sample into a pre-constructed original neural network for training, wherein the original neural network comprises a frequency domain network (FDN) and an image domain network (SDN) which are connected through inverse Fourier transform (IFFT); and using the trained original neural network as a target medical imaging module. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes more accurate and quick reconstruction of the K space undersampling medical image.

本发明实施例公开了一种医学成像模型的建立方法、装置、设备及存储介质。该方法包括:获取医学图像的K空间欠采样数据作为训练样本;将所述训练样本输入至预先构建的所述原始神经网络进行训练,其中,所述原始神经网络包括频率域网络FDN以及图像域网络SDN,所述频率域网络FDN与所述图像域网络SDN之间通过傅里叶逆变换IFFT连接;将训练完成的所述原始神经网络作为目标医学成像模型。本发明实施例的技术方案实现更准确、更快速地对K空间欠采样医学图像进行重建。
