Die Erfindung betrifft einen Seltenerdmagnet, einen Seltenerd-Sputtermagnet, einen Seltenerddiffusionsmagnet und dessen Herstellungsverfahren sowie einen Seltenerd-Permanentmagnetmotor. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Seltenerdmagneten umfasst die folgenden Schritte: Mischen des Hauptlegierungspulvers und Hilfslegierungspulvers im Massenverhältnis von 95 ~ 99: 1 ~ 5, wobei das gemischte Legierungspulver erhalten wird, wobei das Massenverhältnis jedes Elements der Hauptlegierung beträgt: R28 ~ 32M0,1 ~ 1,4Ga0,3 ~ 0,8B0,97 ~ 1,0 (DyTb) 0~ 2Tbal und das Massenverhältnis jedes Elements der Hilfslegierung beträgt: R31 ~35M0~1,4Ga0,5 ~0,8B0,82 ~0,92(DyTb) 0~2Tbal, wobei R ein Seltenerdelement ist, welches Dy und Tb nicht enthält, und der Anteil von Pr und / oder Nd in R 98 ~ 100 Gew .-% beträgt, wobei M mindestens ein Element von Al, Cu, Nb, Zr, Sn ist und T Fe und / oder Co und unvermeidliche Verunreinigungselemente ist; Orientieren und Pressen des gemischten Legierungspulvers unter einem Magnetfeld, wobei einen Pressling gebildet wird; Einbringen des Presslings in einen Vakuumsinterofen zum Sintern, wobei ein gesinterter Magnet erhalten wird; und Anlassbehandlung des Sintermagneten, wobei ein Seltenerdmagnet erhalten wird. embedded image
