The invention discloses a rare earth magnet, a rare earth sputtering magnet, a rare earth diffusion magnet, a preparation method and a rare earth permanent magnet motor. The preparation method of therare earth magnet comprises the following steps of: mixing main alloy powder and auxiliary alloy powder according to the mass ratio of 95-99:1-5 to obtain mixed magnetic powder, wherein the mass ratioof each element of the main alloy is R28-32M0.1-1.4Ga0.3-0.8B0.97-1.0 (DyTb)0-2 Tbal, and the mass ratio of each element of the auxiliary alloy is: R31-35M0-1.4 Ga0.5-0.8B0.82-0.92 (DyTb)0-2 Tbal, wherein R is rare earth elements which do not contain Dy and Tb, the proportion of Pr and/or Nd in R is 98-100 wt%, M is at least one element of Al, Cu, Nb, Zr and Sn, and T is Fe and/or Co and inevitable impurity elements; carrying out orientation pressing on the mixed magnetic powder in a magnetic field to form a pressed blank; putting the pressed blank into a vacuum sintering furnace for sintering to obtain a sintered magnet; and tempering the sintered magnet to obtain the rare earth magnet.

本发明公开一种稀土磁体及制备方法和稀土永磁电机。稀土磁体的制备方法包括步骤:将主合金粉和辅合金粉按照95~99∶1~5的质量比混合,获得混合磁粉,主合金的各元素质量比为:Ra28~32M10.1~1.4Ga0.3~0.8B0.97~1.0(DyTb)0~2T1bal,辅合金的各元素质量比为:Rb31~35M20~1.4Ga0.5~0.8B0.82~0.92(DyTb)0~2T2bal,其中,Ra和Rb为不包含Dy和Tb的稀土元素,Pr和/或Nd分别在Ra和Rb中的占比为98~100wt%,M1和M2为Al、Cu、Nb、Zr、Sn中的至少一种元素,T1和T2为Fe和Co及不可避免的杂质元素或者为Fe及不可避免的杂质元素;将混合磁粉在磁场下进行取向压制,形成压坯;将压坯放入真空烧结炉中进行烧结,获得烧结磁体;对烧结磁体进行回火处理,获得稀土磁体。
