Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a grease composition that is for a ball joint and that can reduce actuation torque and operation torque, and can improve low-temperature performance, compared to conventional products. The grease composition for a ball joint according to the present invention is characterized by containing additives and a silicone oil as a base oil, wherein an amino-modified silicone and a modified polyolefin are contained as the additives. As the silicone oil, a dimethyl silicone oil and/or a phenyl-modified silicone oil is preferably contained.

Le but de la présente invention est de fournir une composition de graisse qui est destinée à un joint à rotule et qui peut réduire le couple d'actionnement et le couple de fonctionnement, et peut améliorer les performances à basse température, par comparaison avec les produits classiques. La composition de graisse destinée à un joint à rotule présentée par la présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient des additifs et une huile de silicone en tant qu'huile de base, une silicone modifiée par un groupe amino et une polyoléfine modifiée étant contenues en tant qu'additifs. Comme huile de silicone, une huile de silicone de diméthyle et/ou une huile de silicone modifiée par un phényle sont de préférence contenues.

従来に比べて、起動トルクを低減でき、また、作動トルクの低減を図ることができ、低温性を改善することができるボールジョイント用グリース組成物を提供することを目的とする。本発明のボールジョイント用グリース組成物は、基油としてのシリコーン油と、添加剤とを含有し、前記添加剤として、アミノ変性シリコーン及び変性ポリオレフィンを含有することを特徴とする。前記シリコーン油として、ジメチルシリコーン油及びフェニル変性シリコーン油のうち少なくとも1種を含むことが好ましい。
