What I claim is:
1. Device for controlling a damper regulator at heating
boilers, whereby the control device controls the damper regulator (9) to operate a butterfly damper (6) mounted in a flue in order to completely or partially throttle flue exhausts from the heating boiler (1) via the flue (2) after switching off a burner (27; 42) in the heating boiler, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that a system (32; 52; 79) with incombustible medium (33) comprises a power aggregate (34; 64; 82) substantially beside and/or beneath the flue (2) for driving the damper regulator (9) via said incom bustible medium against the action of a resetting device (16; 65; 88).
2. Device according to claim 1, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that a system (30; 43; 80) with combustible medium (31) for driving the burner (27; 42; 77) via the power aggregate (34; 82) cooperates with the system (32; 79) with incombustible medium (33).

3. Device according to claim 2, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that the power aggregate cylinder-piston actuator (34; 82), the piston (35; 84) of which is mounted to be influenced by com bustible medium (31) and affect incombustible medium (33).
4. Device according to claim 2 or 3, whereby the heater is provided with an oil burner (27) connected to an oil pump (18), c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that a return conduit system (36) connects a portion of the system (30) with combustible medium (31) extending between the oil pump (18) and the power aggregate with a system (24) extending from the oil pump to an oil tank (25), where by the return conduit system comprises a valve device (37) which is controlled by a thermostat device (21) of the heater (1) to open the return conduit system for resetting the damper regulator (9) but closing said system when the regulator is operated by in fluencing the system (32) with incombustible medium (33) from the system (30) with combustible medium (31), and whereby said incom bustible medium (33) in the closed system has lubricating properties.

Device according to claim 1, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that the system with incombustible medium comprises a pressuri zed water system (52) which connects to power aggregate (64) with the damper regulator (9), whereby a valve device (60, 61) is con trolled by a thermostat device (46) controlling the operation of a burner (42) to open communication between the pressurized water system and the damper regulator for driving the damper regulator by means of the water pressure in the pressurized water system and to close the communication but open an outlet conduit (57) for lowering the pressure in the damper regulator for permitting
resetting of the damper regulator by means of a resetting device (16; 65).
6. Device according to claim 5, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that the pressurized water system (52) comprises a valve device including two valves (60, 61) of which one valve (60) is mounted for closing and opening communication between the power aggregate (64) and the damper regulator (9) while the other valve (61) is mounted for closing and opening an outlet conduit (57) from the damper regulator, whereby both valves are controlled by the thermostat device (46) such that one valve keeps its conduit open while the other valve keeps its conduit closed.
7. Device according to claim 5 or 6, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that a manually settable throttle and closing valve (75) is arranged in a pressure side (53) of the pressurized water system (52) between the valve device (60) and the damper regulator (9).
8. Device according to claim 5 - 7, whereby the heater includes a water heater, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that the power aggregate (64) via the pressurized water system (52) is connected to the water heater (54) for water supply thereof.
9. Device according to claim 5, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that the resetting device comprises a return water conduit system (65) between a pressure side (53) of the pressurized water system (52) and the damper regulator (9), which return water conduit system includes a valve device (71, 72) controlled by the thermostat (46) and mounted either to release a communication bet ween the pressure side and the damper regulator or to close this communication and open an outlet conduit (69) from the damper regulator.
10. Device according to any preceding claim, whereby the butterfly damper (6) is controlled by a sensor (91), preferably a draught sensor, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that the sensor (91), controls a valve device (89) which in turn regulates a
connection (78) between the the pressure generating aggregate (18) and a control system (79) driven by the pressure generating aggregate for adjusting the damper (6).

Device according to claim 10, whereby the sensor comprises a draught sensor (91) and whereby the heater (1) has an oil burner (27) with an oil pump (18) for feeding oil to the burner, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that the pressure generating aggregate is the oil pump (18) , which via a connection in the form of an oil conduit (80) controlled by the valve device (78) cooperates with the control system (79) for controlling the damper (6), whereby an oil return pipe (83) is arranged at resetting of the control system to lead oil in return from the oil conduit to an oil main conduit connecting the oil pump (18) with the oil tank (25), whereby a power aggregate (82) of the control system (79) influenced by the oil is mounted at substantial distance from the flue (2), while the damper regulator (9) is positioned at the flue and movements between the power aggregate and the damper regulator is transferred via an incombustible pressure medium.
12. Device according to claim 11, c h a r a c t e r i z e i n that the valve device (89) controlled by the sensor (91 ) com prises three valves (92, 93, 94) , preferably magnetic valves, whereby a first valve (92) is mounted for controlling the oil conduit (80) between the oil pump (18) and the power aggregate (82), a second valve (93) is mounted for controlling a return branch
(83a) between the conduit (80) and the oil return pipe (83) and third valve (94)is mounted for controlling a return branch (83b) from the power aggregate to the oil return pipe, whereby the first valve is controlled to open the oil conduit and the second and third valves to simultaneously close their return branches for affecting the power aggregate and completely open the damper (6) by pressure from the oil pump, whereby the first valve is controlled to close the oil conduit, the second valve to discharge some oil via its return branch for resetting the power aggregate and the damper in dependence of draught sensing, whereby the first and second valves are controlled to close and the third valve to open in order to discharge oil to the return pipe via its return branch for resetting the power aggregate and damper to their starting positions, and whereby the first valve is a magnetic valve closing the oil conduit in dead condition, the second valve is a magnetic valve closing its return branch in dead condition and the third valve is a mag netic valve opening its return branch in dead condition.
