Abstract

A system for measuring haemodynamic parameters relating to a subject, the system comprising a DRS probe, a microscope probe, and a cap (2) for use at a respective distal end of each of the probes, one at a time. The cap (2) comprises a rigid flat contact surface (4) for contact with a body surface of a subject, the contact surface (4) comprising an aperture (8) arranged such that, in use, the aperture (8) is optically aligned with the optical probe in use. A rigid side wall (6) surrounds the contact surface (4), defining a closed end and an open end, the closed end being formed by the contact surface (4). The open end is arranged to receive the probe in use. The side wall (6) is arranged such that, in use, the cap (2) is held in abutment against the probe. A securing portion (12) is arranged to removably secure the cap (2) to the probe.

L'invention concerne un système de mesure de paramètres hémodynamiques relatifs à un sujet, le système comprenant une sonde de DRS, une sonde de microscope et un capuchon (2) destinés à être utilisés au niveau d'une extrémité distale respective de chacune des sondes, un à la fois. Le capuchon (2) comprend une surface de contact plane rigide (4) pour entrer en contact avec une surface corporelle d'un sujet, la surface de contact (4) comprenant une ouverture (8) agencée de telle sorte que, lors de l'utilisation, l'ouverture (8) est optiquement alignée avec la sonde optique lors de l'utilisation. Une paroi latérale rigide (6) entoure la surface de contact (4), définissant une extrémité fermée et une extrémité ouverte, l'extrémité fermée étant formée par la surface de contact (4). L'extrémité ouverte est conçue pour recevoir la sonde en cours d'utilisation. La paroi latérale (6) est agencée de telle sorte que, lors de l'utilisation, le capuchon (2) est maintenu en butée contre la sonde. Une partie de fixation (12) est agencée pour fixer de manière amovible le capuchon (2) à la sonde.
