Patent claims

1. Innovative fishery (farm) (2), formed in a bay (5) or fjord, open sea or accumulation lake, or a part along the banks of a river or a lake (5), which should contain the following innovative elements:

a) a barrier formed of perforated canvas (15) and nets, curtains made of rings (15), attached to the air chambers (14) at a water level (10) interconnected with cables (8) and hooked to the bottom (3),

b) a perforated canvas (15) with circular or elliptical holes (25) which enable the passage of the fish (7), without the fish (7) hooking with the fins to the canvas (15), c) where the feeders (6) are installed with the help of the cables (8) and the buoy (9) at the level (10) of the water, installed platform (11 ) for food storing in a shape of a bath,

d) where the feeder platform (11 ) is made of a perforated canvas which retains the food granulate while the waste passes through the canvas, located in the water (18) so that the fish (7) has a free access to feeding by self-service,

e) where the feeder (6) is bait for the needs of the platform (12) or the catcher, which selectively calibrates and catches the fish (7).

2. Where the perforated canvas (15) is made with circular openings, needed for the small fish (7) and nutrients to enter the breeding ground (2) and this way to prevent the entry of aggressive animals such as sharks and jellyfish, without any other fish (7) and animals get hooked at them, all necessary for securing the places where swimmers are.

3. Where the innovative feeder (6) is located in fishponds, open areas in the lakes and rivers, seas and oceans for the purpose of feeding fish (7), where it is used as bait for grouping the fish (7), all necessary for commercial and recreational fishing.

4. Where the fish platform (12) for the selective catchment (12) moves vertically with the electric motor (21 ) with the reducer and the brakes, with the direction of the tightened cables (8), from the water level (10) towards the anchorage (13) and vice versa, where operating parameters are controlled and operated with the help of a device (16) with equipment.

5. Where the platform (12) for selectively catching the fish (7) is made with air-filled chambers (14), which give a constant buoyancy force required to catch the fish (7) around the feeder (6) with the help of a tightened perforated canvas (15) ) or nets with rings.

6. Where the fish (7) is calibrated and caught using profiled openings, which are secured with rubber, plastic or pressed metal rivets, through which the smaller fish (7) passes, with additional calibration possibility using a grille structure.

7. Where the platform (12) and other catchers for selectively catching the fish (7) are equipped with devices (16) and control system, mechanical assemblies and equipment,

sonar and signaling devices located on a buoy (9), which collect data on potential and a caught fish (7), transmitting the received information to the shore or mobile device, all for the needs of fishing (7) with a help of a boat (4).

8. Where the buoy (17) for fish catch (7) with the help of the air filled chambers (14), holds the platform (12) with caught fish (7) above the water level (10), with the help of two vessels (4) it is expanded and adapted to roll over the buoy (17) and regular rollers, when the fish (7) is grouped for the needs of a catch with a boat.

9. Where a basket is made with a buckle net (15) or a perforated canvas, with a ring curtain ( 5), where the top floats in the water level (10) by the help of chambers (14) filled with air or a path built out of styrofoam with metal construction. Where the feeder (6) is positioned inside the basket, which serves to attract the fish (7) inwards through the projected opening (24). The opening (24) is controllably closed and opened, where the large fish (7) is selectively caught, while the small fish passes through the perforated canvas or the technical net (15), and is still freely fed on the feeder (6) with the caught large fish (7).

0. Where the cage is located below the level (10) of the water, positioned at a certain depth with the aid of an underwater buoy (9) and anchorage (13). This model of the catcher follows everything described in the previous technical solutions. On the feeder (6) of the cage type, it is planned a lateral or an opening (24) on the lower side of the cage, more than one. The openings (24) serve for the large fish (7) to freely enter and exit, until the moment of capture when the openings (24) are closed.

11. Where the cylinder-shaped catcher has a static lower and upper structure, a series of openings (24) on construction that is proportional to the half of the vertical surface of the roller. Where the electric motor (21 ) with the reduction and the use of the sprocket, covers the openings (24) on the roller construction, rotates them in the opposite direction. Thus, the openings (24) on the roller construction controllably open and close, selectively capture and nourish the fish (7) until the organised collection. The cylinder-shaped catcher uses the already described innovative parts with the feeder (6).

12. All necessary parts that are already known mounted on these innovative elements in order to meet all the functions and operating parameters of automatic or semiautomatic workflow management, which is necessary for these innovations to function as a completely innovative solution.
