Abstract

The invention provides a middle and low strain rate dynamic and static integration testing system. The middle and low strain rate dynamic and static integration testing system comprises a sample, heating plates, rigid compressing plates, acoustic emission sensors, static force loading devices, dynamic force loading devices, magnetostrictive displacement sensors, a sample loading mechanism, and load sensors. The testing system overcomes the defects that the acoustic emission sensor is low in anti-pressure performance thereby being incapable of working in a high pressure environment. Grooves areformed in rigid compressing plates in six directions of the rock sample, wherein the grooves in the rigid compressing plates are cylindrical and the diameter of each groove is 2-4cm. The acoustic emission sensors are embedded in the rigid compressing plates. Through active excitation and ultrasonic wave reception, the propagation characteristics of three-dimensional internal stress waves in the rock sample, three-dimensional anisotropy and inhomogeneity are analyzed.

本发明提供了一种中低应变率动静一体化试验测试系统,其包括:试样、加热板、刚性压板、声发射传感器、静力加载装置、动力加载装置、磁致伸缩位移传感器、试样加载机构、荷载传感器。本发明克服了声发射传感器抗压能力差,无法在高压环境下工作这一缺陷。在岩石试样六个方向的刚性压板中设计掏槽,刚性压板中的掏槽应为圆柱形,开槽直径应为2~4 cm,将声发射传感器嵌入至刚性压板中,通过主动激发与接收超声波,分析岩石试样三维内部应力波传播特征,三维各向异性和非均匀性。
