A method for processing raw plant material, especially legumes into protein having a nu-tritional and feed value, bioethanol, biogas and fertiliser materials characterised in that the rawplant material is subjected to a dehusking process, followed by the dehusked raw material beingcrushed and subjected to extraction with stirring, wherein the insoluble solid fraction is separatedand subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis using liquefying and saccharifying enzymes, thensubjected to ethanol fermentation, where the produced ethanol is distilled and the digestate istransferred as a substrate for biogas production, and the liquid fraction after the extractionprocess is subjected to a process of precipitation to a solid form in the form of protein precipitate,which is washed with extraction buffer, after which the liquid residue is removed and subjectedto a biogasification process, and the wet biogas residue is used as a fertiliser or formed into drypellets and used as an organic fertiliser.

Procédé de transformation d'une matière végétale brute, notamment de légumineuses, en une protéine présentant une valeur nutritionnelle et alimentaire, en bioéthanol, en biogaz et en matières fertilisantes, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que la matière végétale brute est soumise à un traitement de décorticage, puis la matière brute décortiquée est broyée et soumise à une extraction sous agitation ; la fraction solide insoluble est séparée et soumise à une hydrolyse enzymatique à l'aide d'enzymes de liquéfaction et de saccharification, puis soumise à une fermentation d'éthanol ; l'éthanol produit est distillé et le digestat est transféré en tant que substrat pour la production de biogaz, et la fraction liquide, après le traitement d'extraction, est soumise à un procédé de précipitation vers une forme solide sous forme de précipité de protéine, lequel est lavé à l'aide d'un tampon d'extraction, après quoi le résidu liquide est éliminé et soumis à un traitement de biogazéification, et le résidu de biogaz humide est utilisé comme engrais ou façonné en pastilles sèches et utilisé comme engrais organique.
