Abstract

The subject of the invention is a method for manufacturing a vapor-permeable insulation panel and a vapor-permeable insulation panel. The method according to the invention consists in the fact that, on the bottom and along not less than two vertical sides of a metal mold in the shape of a cuboid closed from the bottom with a horizontal rectangular or square bottom, to the edges of which the vertical sides are firmly and tightly attached, expanding foam (2) is poured by means of a mixer into the central free space limited by the layer of mineral wool (1) in the metal mold, and before the expanding foam (2) in which at least 80% of the cells are closed completely increases in volume, the metal mold is closed from above with a metal cover for the time of curing of the expanding foam.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau d'isolation perméable à la vapeur et d'un panneau d'isolation perméable à la vapeur. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste en ce que, sur le fond et le long d'au plus deux côtés verticaux d'un moule métallique en forme de parallélépipède fermé à partir du fond avec un fond horizontal rectangulaire ou carré, sur les bords desquels les côtés verticaux sont fermement et étroitement fixés, de la mousse expansible (2) soit versée au moyen d'un mélangeur dans l'espace libre central limité par la couche de laine minérale (1) dans le moule métallique, et avant que la mousse expansible (2) dans laquelle au moins 80 % des cellules sont complètement fermées se dilate, le moule métallique est fermé par le dessus avec un couvercle métallique pour le temps de durcissement de la mousse expansible.
