Provided are a control circuit which can be expected to suppress a surge voltage applied to a switching element while also suppressing a switching loss at the time of a turn-off of the switching element, and a switch device. A control circuit (10) controls a switching element (1) having a gate (G1) and a source (S1) corresponding to the gate (G1). The control circuit (10) is provided with an inductor (L1), a circuit element (5), and a resistor (R1). The inductor (L1) is connected between the gate (G1) and the source (S1) of the switching element (1). Between the gate (G1) and the source (S1) is connected in series to the inductor (L1). Current flows through the circuit element (5) when an electromotive force is generated in the inductor (L1). The resistor (R1) is connected in parallel to the inductor (L1) and the circuit element (5) between the gate (G1) and the source (S1).

L'invention concerne un circuit de commande qui peut être prévu pour supprimer une surtension appliquée à un élément de commutation tout en supprimant également une perte de commutation au moment d'un arrêt de l'élément de commutation, et un dispositif de commutation. Un circuit de commande (10) commande un élément de commutation (1) ayant une grille (G1) et une source (S1) correspondant à la grille (G1).
