The present invention relates to a method of preparing a molding containing a structured polysiloxane layer as outermost layer, said method comprising at least steps (1) to (6), namely using a molding composition (M) to prepare a sheet, film or foil (1), engraving a structure into the surface thereof by means of a laser (2), applying a polysiloxane (PS) onto the surface thereof, thereby at least partially covering the laser-engraved structure (3), curing the (PS) to obtain a cured (PS) layer (4), adhering at least one fiber containing material onto the cured (PS) layer obtained by making use of at least one adhesive (A1) (5), and removing the obtained stack comprising the at least one fiber material adhered to the cured (PS) layer via (A1) from the laser-engraved sheet, film or foil to obtain the molding containing the cured and structured (PS) as outermost layer of the molding, the cured (PS) layer having the negative of the laser engraved structure of the sheet, film or foil (6), wherein the molding composition (M) used in step (1) comprises 50 to 95 wt.-% of at least one thermoplastic polyester homopolymer (m1) and 5 to 50 wt.-% of at least one thermoplastic polyester copolymer (m2), and a molding containing a structured polysiloxane (PS) layer as outermost layer obtainable by this method.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un moulage contenant une couche de polysiloxane structuré en tant que couche la plus externe, ledit procédé comprenant au moins les étapes (1) à (6) suivantes : l'utilisation d'une composition de moulage (M) pour préparer une feuille, un film ou une pellicule (1), la gravure d'une structure dans sa surface au moyen d'un laser (2), l'application d'un polysiloxane (PS) sur sa surface, couvrant ainsi au moins partiellement la structure gravée au laser (3), le durcissement du (PS) pour obtenir une couche de (PS) durcie (4), l'adhérence d'au moins un matériau contenant des fibres sur la couche de (PS) durcie obtenue en utilisant au moins un adhésif (A1) (5), et le retrait de l'empilement obtenu comprenant ledit au moins un matériau fibreux adhérant à la couche de (PS) durci au moyen de l'adhésif (A1) provenant de la feuille, du film ou de la pellicule gravé(e) au laser pour obtenir le moulage contenant le (PS) durci et structuré en tant que couche la plus externe du moulage, la couche de (PS) durci présentant le négatif de la structure gravée au laser de la feuille, du film ou de la pellicule (6), la composition de moulage (M) utilisée dans l'étape (1) comprenant de 50 à 95 % en poids d'au moins un homopolymère de polyester thermoplastique (m1) et de 5 à 50 % en poids d'au moins un copolymère de polyester thermoplastique (m2), et un moulage contenant une couche de polysiloxane (PS) structuré comme couche la plus externe pouvant être obtenue par ce procédé.
