Abstract
(EN)
A medical device (100) for enabling a communication between a target zone within a body and an outside of the body is provided. The device (100) comprises an inner guide (120) and an outer tube (110) having an internal cavity, wherein the internal cavity (115) receives the inner guide (120) therein. When the device is in the guiding position, the internal cavity (115) substantially fits the inner guide (120) for traveling together towards the target zone. When the device is in the operating position, the distal end of the outer tube (110) is at the target zone and its rear end (113) is outside the body. The internal cavity (115) is configured to change in shape in response to a trigger to release the inner guide (120) from the outer tube (110), thereby shifting the medical device from the guiding position to the operating position.

L'invention concerne un dispositif médical (100) permettant une communication entre une zone cible à l'intérieur d'un corps et l'extérieur du corps. Le dispositif (100) comprend un guide interne (120) et un tube externe (110) présentant une cavité interne, la cavité interne (115) recevant le guide interne (120) en son sein. Lorsque le dispositif est dans la position de guidage, la cavité interne (115) s'adapte sensiblement au guide interne (120) pour se déplacer ensemble vers la zone cible. Lorsque le dispositif est dans la position de fonctionnement, l'extrémité distale du tube externe (110) se trouve au niveau de la zone cible et son extrémité arrière (113) est à l'extérieur du corps. La cavité interne (115) est conçue pour changer de forme en réponse à un déclenchement pour libérer le guide interne (120) du tube externe (110), déplaçant ainsi le dispositif médical depuis la position de guidage vers la position de fonctionnement.
