Abstract

Provided are a 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane-acipimox co-crystal and a preparation method therefor. The 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane-acipimox co-crystal is formed by combining acipimox and 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane according to a molar ratio of 2:1, and an X-ray diffraction pattern has characteristic peaks at 2θ angles of 9.88±0.2°, 9.1±0.2°, 13.92±0.2°, 24.56±0.2°, 26.12±0.2°, and 26.86±0.2° using Cu-Kα radiation. The co-crystal product is high in purity, high in stability and simple in preparation process.

L’invention concerne un co-cristal de 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)éthane-acipimox et son procédé de préparation. Le co-cristal de 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)éthane-acipimox est formé par combinaison d'acipimox et de 1,2-bis(4-pyridyle)éthane selon un rapport molaire de 2:1, et un motif de diffraction des rayons X a des pics caractéristiques à des angles 2θ de 9,88 ± 0,2°, 9,1 ± 0,2°, 13,92 ± 0,2°, 24,56 ± 0,2°, 26,12 ± 0,2°, et 26,86 ± 0,2° en utilisant un rayonnement Cu-Kα. Le produit type co-cristal présente une pureté élevée, une grande stabilité et un procédé de préparation simple.
