Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Abluftreinigung, vorzugsweise zur Abluftreinigung einer Lackieranlage, mit einer ersten Verfahrensstufe (2), in der Partikel des Abgasstroms aus dem Abgasstrom hydrodynamisch abgetrennt werden, einer zweiten Verfahrensstufe (3), in der der Abgasstrom mit Lichtstrahlung, vorzugsweise mit UV- und/oder IR-Strahlung und/oder mit einer Mikrowellenenergie beaufschlagt wird, einer dritten Verfahrensstufe (4), in der der Abgasstrom durch eine Magnetanordnung und anschließend durch eine Plasmaröhren-Anordnung (405) hindurchströmt, einer vierten Verfahrensstufe (6a, 6b), in der der Abgasstrom einen ersten Zyklongaswäscher (6a), in dem der Abgasstrom unter Lichtstrahlung vorzugsweise UV- und/oder IR-Strahlung mit einer vorzugsweise basischen chemischen Lösung kontaktiert wird, und einen zweiten Zyklongaswäscher (6b), in dem der Abgasstrom unter Lichtstrahlung vorzugsweise UV- und/oder IR-Strahlung mit einer vorzugsweise sauren chemischen Lösung kontaktiert wird, durchströmt, sowie einer fünften Verfahrensstufe (7), in der der Abgasstrom eine erste Katalysatorkammer (703) mit verteilten Katalysatorelementen (711), eine Magnetanordnung (704) sowie eine zweite Katalysatorkammer (705) mit verteilten Katalysatorelementen (717 ) durchströmt.

The invention relates to a method for purifying exhaust air, preferably for purifying exhaust air of a painting facility, comprising a first method stage (2) in which particles of the exhaust gas flow are hydrodynamically removed from the exhaust gas flow, a second method stage (3) in which light radiation, preferably UV and/or IR radiation and/or microwave energy, is applied to the exhaust gas flow, a third method stage (4) in which the exhaust gas flow is conducted through a magnet assembly and subsequently through a plasma tube assembly (405), a fourth method stage (6a, 6b), wherein the exhaust gas flow flows through a first cyclone scrubber (6a), in which the exhaust gas flow contacts a preferably base chemical solution under the effect of light radiation, preferably UV and/or IR radiation, and a second cyclone scrubber (6b), in which the exhaust gas flow contacts a preferably acid chemical solution under the effect of light radiation, preferably UV and/or IR radiation, and a fifth method stage (7), in which the exhaust gas flow flows through a first catalytic converter chamber (703) with distributed catalytic converter elements (711), a magnet assembly (704), and a second catalytic converter chamber (705) with distributed catalytic converter elements (717).

L'invention concerne un procédé de purification d'air vicié, de préférence pour purifier l'air vicié d'une installation d'application de peinture, comprenant une première étape de procédé (2) au cours de laquelle des particules se trouvant dans le flux de gaz d'évacuation sont supprimées de ce flux de gaz d'évacuation de manière hydrodynamique, une deuxième étape de procédé (3) au cours de laquelle le flux de gaz d'évacuation est soumis à un rayonnement lumineux, de préférence un rayonnement UV et/ou IR et/ou une énergie micro-onde, une troisième étape de procédé (4) au cours de laquelle le flux de gaz d'évacuation circule à travers un ensemble aimant, puis un ensemble tubes à plasma (4), une quatrième étape de procédé (6a, 6b) au cours de laquelle le flux de gaz d'évacuation traverse un premier épurateur de gaz cyclonique (6a) dans lequel le flux de gaz d'évacuation est mis en contact avec une solution chimique, de préférence basique, avec application d'un rayonnement lumineux, de préférence un rayonnement UV et/ou IR, et un deuxième épurateur de gaz cyclonique (6b) dans lequel le flux de gaz d'évacuation est mis en contact avec une solution chimique de préférence acide, avec application d'un rayonnement lumineux, de préférence un rayonnement UV et/ou IR, ainsi qu'une cinquième étape de procédé (7) au cours de laquelle le flux de gaz d'évacuation traverse une première chambre de catalyse (703) comportant des éléments de catalyse (711) répartis, un ensemble aimant (704) et une deuxième chambre de catalyse (705) comportant des éléments de catalyse (717) répartis.
