Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for extending a half-life of a protein, the method comprising substituting one lysine residue in each of the amino acid sequences in two proteins, or to a protein having an extended half-life. The protein in which lysine residues have been substituted according to the present invention persists in the body for an extended period of time, and exhibits excellent treatment results. In addition, two kinds of proteins can be produced and provided in a single production process.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé destiné à augmenter la demi-vie d’une protéine, le procédé consistant à remplacer un résidu de lysine dans chacune des séquences d’acides aminés par deux protéines, ou une protéine ayant une demi-vie prolongée. La protéine dans laquelle les résidus de lysine ont été remplacés selon la présente invention se maintient dans l’organisme pendant un long laps de temps et présente d’excellents résultats de traitement. En outre, deux types de protéines peuvent être produites et fournies dans le cadre d’un procédé de production unique.
(KO) 본 발명은 2종의 단백질 아미노산 서열에 존재하는 하나씩의 라이신 잔기를 치환 하는 것을 포함하여 단백질의 반감기를 증가시키는 방법 또는 반감기가 증가 된 단백질에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 라이신 잔기가 치환된 단백질은 인체 내에 서 오랜 시간 동안 잔류하며 치료효과가 우수하다. 또한 한 번의 생산 과정으로 2종의 단백질을 생산 제공할 수 있다.
