A method for controlling a current distribution between multiple electric motor devices (M1, M2) in a current sharing system(100) of an electrically driven construction machine, a control device which is configured to run said method and a current sharing system(100) for an electrically driven construction machine. The method comprising the steps of: estimating a first current demand for a first electric motor device (M1) powered by a battery system and estimating a second current demand for a second electric motor device(M2) powered by the battery system; determining an available amount of current available in the current sharing system(100); splitting the available amount of current into a first portion for driving the first electric motor device (M1) and a second portion for driving the second electric motor device(M2), wherein the splitting is based on the estimations of the first current demand and the second current demand.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de commande d'une distribution de courant entre de multiples dispositifs de moteur électrique (M1, M2) dans un système de partage de courant (100) d'un engin de chantier à entraînement électrique, un dispositif de commande qui est conçu pour exécuter ledit procédé, et un système de partage de courant (100) pour un engin de chantier à entraînement électrique. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : estimer une première demande de courant pour un premier dispositif de moteur électrique (M1) alimenté par un système de batterie et estimer une seconde demande de courant pour un second dispositif de moteur électrique (M2) alimenté par le système de batterie ; déterminer une quantité disponible de courant disponible dans le système de partage de courant (100) ; diviser la quantité de courant disponible en une première partie pour entraîner le premier dispositif de moteur électrique (M1) et une seconde partie pour entraîner le second dispositif de moteur électrique (M2), la division étant basée sur les estimations de la première demande de courant et de la seconde demande de courant.
