Abstract
(EN) According to the present invention, a pathway, along which a powder inserted through an upward-facing insertion hole travels to a downward-facing discharge hole, is demarcated by a supporting structure. A rotating drum supported by the supporting structure attracts magnetic foreign matter, included in the powder moving along the pathway, onto a surface thereof via magnetic force and removes the magnetic foreign matter from the pathway. The supporting structure has a shape allowing vertical stacking of two of the supporting structures, in a manner such that the upper supporting structure cannot move laterally with respect to the lower supporting structure. Provided is a magnetic foreign matter separation/collection unit capable of providing a collection function suitable for various types of powders.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un trajet, le long duquel une poudre insérée au travers d'un trou d'insertion orienté vers le haut se déplace vers un trou d'évacuation orienté vers le bas, trajet qui est délimité par une structure de support. Un tambour rotatif supporté par la structure de support attire la matière étrangère magnétique se trouvant dans la poudre se déplaçant le long du trajet, sur une surface de celui-ci par l'intermédiaire d'une force magnétique et élimine la matière étrangère magnétique du trajet. La structure de support a une forme permettant un empilement vertical de deux des structures de support, de telle sorte que la structure de support supérieure ne peut pas se déplacer dans le sens latéral par rapport à la structure de support inférieure. L'invention concerne une unité de séparation/collecte de matière étrangère magnétique en mesure de fournir une fonction de collecte appropriée pour divers types de poudres.
(JA) 上方を向く投入口から投入された粉体が、下方を向く排出口まで移動する通路が支持構造物に画定されている。支持構造物に支持された回転ドラムが、通路を移動する粉体に含まれる磁性体異物を磁力で表面に吸着して通路から排除する。支持構造物は、2つの支持構造物を下側の支持構造物に対して上側の支持構造物が横方向にずれない状態で上下に積み重ね可能な形状を有する。種々の粉体に対して適切な回収性能を提供することが可能な磁性体異物分別回収ユニットが提供される。
