Abstract
(EN) A moulding method for making a monolithic component internally provided with at least one cavity, specifically a monolithic component made of C- SMC, comprising the steps of preparing a press comprising a first half mould (1a), a second half mould (1b) and movable side carriages defining a moulding space (Vs) between them, and placing at least one core (3, 4) inside the moulding space (Vs). The core (3, 4) comprises a membrane (3), delimiting a containing space (Vc) which is shaped to form the at least one cavity of the monolithic component, and at least one connector (4) engaged with the membrane (3). The method also comprises the steps of wrapping a charge of material (C) to be moulded around the core (3, 4), fixing the core (3, 4) inside one between the first and the second half mould (1a, 1b), and filling the containing space (Vc) of the membrane (3) with a filling material (R). After closing the half moulds (1a, 1b), the method comprises a step of applying a moulding pressure and then emptying the containing space (Vc) of the filling material (R) and, after opening the half moulds (1a, 1b), removing the core (3, 4) from the moulded monolithic component.
(FR) Un procédé de moulage permettant de fabriquer un élément monolithique comportant en son sein au moins une cavité, en particulier un élément monolithique constitué de C-SMC, comprenant les étapes consistant à préparer une presse comprenant un premier demi-moule (1a), un second demi-moule (1b) et des éléments de transport latéraux mobiles délimitant un espace de moulage (Vs) entre eux, et à placer au moins une partie centrale (3, 4) à l'intérieur de l'espace de moulage (Vs). La partie centrale (3, 4) comprend une membrane (3), délimitant un espace de contenance (Vc) qui a une forme permettant de former ladite cavité de l'élément monolithique, et au moins un raccord (4) en prise avec la membrane (3). Le procédé comprend également les étapes consistant à envelopper une charge de matériau (C) à mouler autour de la partie centrale (3, 4), à fixer la partie centrale (3, 4) à l'intérieur d'un élément parmi le premier et le second demi-moule (1a, 1b), et à remplir l'espace de contenance (Vc) de la membrane (3) avec un matériau de remplissage (R). Après fermeture des demi-moules (1a, 1b), le procédé comprend une étape consistant à appliquer une pression de moulage puis à vider l'espace de contenance (Vc) du matériau de remplissage (R) et, après ouverture des demi-moules (1a, 1b), à retirer la partie centrale (3, 4) de l'élément monolithique moulé.
