The present application relates to: an oligosaccharide composition comprising a saccharide containing an oligosaccharide composed of glucose, wherein the content of an indigestible oligosaccharide is 6.2 to 30 parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the saccharide; and a method for producing an oligosaccharide composition comprising contacting a raw material containing sucrose and maltose with a microorganism of the genus Leuconostoc or a glucan sucrase derived from a microorganism of the genus Leuconostoc.

La présente invention concerne : une composition d'oligosaccharides comprenant un saccharide contenant un oligosaccharide composé de glucose, la teneur d'un oligosaccharide indigestible étant de 6,2 à 30 parties en poids sur la base de 100 parties en poids du saccharide ; et un procédé de production d'une composition d'oligosaccharides comprenant la mise en contact d'une matière première contenant du saccharose et du maltose avec un micro-organisme du genre Leuconostoc ou une glucane-saccharase dérivée d'un micro-organisme du genre Leuconostoc.

본 출원은 포도당으로 구성된 올리고당을 포함하는 당류를 포함하는 올리고당 조성물에 있어서, 난소화성 올리고당의 함량이 상기 당류 100 중량부 기준으로 6.2 내지 30 중량부인 것인 올리고당 조성물 및 수크로오스 및 말토오스를 포함하는 원료를 류코노스톡(Leuconostoc) 속 미생물 또는 류코노스톡(Leuconostoc) 속 미생물 유래의 글루칸 수크라아제와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 올리고당 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
