Abstract

A glass fiber group and a glass fiber reinforced resin-based composite material. The glass fiber group comprises multiple glass fibers or modified glass fibers having a diameter of 1-7 μm. Because the glass fibers are manufactured by using a centrifuge method, glass residue and powdery glass can be significantly reduced by means of a wet-process forming process; the phenomenon of non-fiberization in the composite material is reduced, so that the added glass materials all can achieve the function of reinforcing the resin performance. The retention length of the glass fiber in the glass fiber reinforced resin-based composite material is longer; the glass fibers are stable and controllable in content and uniformly dispersed; and the mechanical strength and performance are both improved and more stable.

L'invention concerne un groupe de fibres de verre et un matériau composite à base de résine renforcé par des fibres de verre. Le groupe de fibres de verre comprend de multiples fibres de verre ou fibres de verre modifiées ayant un diamètre de 1 à 7 µm. Comme les fibres de verre sont fabriquées en faisant appel à un procédé de centrifugation, les résidus de verre et la poudre de verre peuvent être significativement réduits au moyen d'un processus de formage par voie humide ; le phénomène de non-défibrage dans le matériau composite est réduit, de sorte que tous les matériaux de verre ajoutés peuvent assurer la fonction de renforcement des performances de la résine. La longueur de rétention de la fibre de verre dans le matériau composite à base de résine renforcé par des fibres de verre est plus longue ; les fibres de verre sont stables, et uniformément dispersées, et leur teneur peut être régulée ; et la résistance mécanique et les performances sont améliorées et plus stables.

一种玻璃纤维组及玻纤增强树脂基复合材料,所述玻璃纤维组包括多根直径为1~7μm的玻璃纤维或改性玻璃纤维。由于玻璃纤维采用离心法制造,经过湿法成型工艺可以明显减少玻璃渣及粉末状玻璃,减小复合材料中的未纤维化现象,使添加的玻璃材料均能达到增强树脂性能的作用。玻纤增强树脂基复合材料中的玻璃纤维的保留长度更长,玻璃纤维的含量稳定可控并且分散均匀,机械强度和性能都得到了提高且更加稳定。
