Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Überwachung der Lebensdauer eines verbauten Wälzlagers, bei dem in einem ersten Schritt mit zumindest zwei Sensoren Messungen im Bereich um das Lager aufgenommen werden und in einem nachfolgenden Schritt eine verbleibende Lebensdauer berechnet wird. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es ein Verfahren zu Überwachung der Lebensdauer anzugeben, das eine bessere Vorhersage der verbleibenden Lebensdauer ermöglicht. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, dass eine Transferfunktion bestimmt wird und mit dieser aus den Messungen, der Sensoren, zumindest dynamische Belastungen - vorzugsweise alle Belastungen - auf das Wälzlager zur Berechnung der verbleibenden Lebensdauer bestimmt werden.

The invention relates to a method for monitoring the service life of an installed rolling bearing, in which method, in a first step, measurements are taken in the region around the bearing by means of at least two sensors, and in a subsequent step, a remaining service life is calculated. A problem addressed by the present invention consists in specifying a method for monitoring the service life, which method permits an improved prediction of the remaining service life. This is achieved according to the invention in that a transfer function is determined, and at least dynamic loads - preferably all loads - on the rolling bearing are determined from the measurements of the sensors by means of said transfer function for the purposes of calculating the remaining service life.

L'invention concerne un procédé de contrôle de la durée de vie d'un palier à roulement monté, selon lequel dans une première étape, au moins deux capteurs prennent des mesures dans la zone autour du palier, et dans une étape consécutive, une durée de vie restante est calculée. L'invention vise à mettre en oeuvre un procédé de contrôle de la durée de vie qui permet une meilleure prévision de la durée de vie restante. A cet effet, une fonction de transfert est déterminée et à l'aide de celle-ci, et sur la base des mesures des capteurs, au moins des contraintes dynamiques, de préférence toutes les contraintes appliquées au palier à roulement, sont déterminées pour le calcul de la durée de vie restante.
