PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical lens, in particular an image capturing optical lens.

SOLUTION: An image capturing optical lens 10 disclosed herein consists of an aperture stop S1, a first lens L1 having positive refractive power, a second lens L2 having negative refractive power, a third lens L3 having positive refractive power, and a fourth lens L4 having negative refractive power, arranged in order from the object side to the image side, and satisfies the following conditional expressions: 62.00<R7/f4<70.00, 0.10<R1/R2<0.40, -0.50<R3/R4<-0.30, where f4 represents a focal length of the fourth lens L4, R1 represents a curvature radius of an object-side surface of the first lens L1, R2 represents a curvature radius of an image-side surface of the first lens L1, R3 represents a curvature radius of an object-side surface of the second lens L2, R4 represents a curvature radius of an image-side surface of the second lens L2, and R7 represents a curvature radius of an object-side surface of the fourth lens L4. The image capturing optical lens 10 offers high imaging performance and meets the design requirements of a large aperture and extra thinness.

【課題】光学レンズ分野に関し、撮像光学レンズを提供する。
【解決手段】撮像光学レンズ10は、物体側から像側に向かって順に、絞りS1、正の屈折力を有する第1レンズL1、負の屈折力を有する第2レンズL2、正の屈折力を有する第3レンズL3及び負の屈折力を有する第4レンズL4からなり、第4レンズL4の焦点距離をf4、第1レンズL1の物体側面の曲率半径をR1、第1レンズL1の像側面の曲率半径をR2、第2レンズL2の物体側面の曲率半径をR3、第2レンズL2の像側面の曲率半径をR4、第4レンズL4の物体側面の曲率半径をR7としたときに、条件式62.00<R7/f4<70.00、0.10<R1/R2<0.40、−0.50<R3/R4<−0.30を満たす。撮像光学レンズ10は、良好な光学性能を有すると共に、大口径及び極薄化の設計要求を満たすことができる。
