The present invention relates to a dye-sensitized solar cell electrode and a dye-sensitized solar cell comprising the same. In particular, the dye-sensitized solar cell electrode is capable of enhancing the reliability and efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cell by forming a membrane on a surface of a working electrode so as to prevent a dye from being peeled off from a semiconductor oxide layer, and forming the membrane on a surface of a counter electrode so as to pass electrolyte elements (I^-, I_3^-, etc.) while preventing the dye from being adsorbed.
