PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the return operation and the totalization processing or the like of return data from a broadcast side by receiving and storing identification information denoting a return destination of return information with respect to broadcast information and adding automatically the identification information to the received return information.

SOLUTION: A teletext information reception section 20 receives data including a return destination telephone number multiplexed on an FM broadcast radio wave, the data are stored in a reception memory 27 and displayed on a display device 26. When a recipient enters a reply message, the input content is stored in an input message memory 28. When message transmission is instructed, a control section 23 sets sequentially the return destination information and a return message stored in the reception memory 27 and the message memory 28 to a dial buffer 32, a DTMF signal generating section 31 receives the data sequentially to generate a DTMF signal and it is sent to a service center from a telephone set in press contact with a speaker 34 through a telephone line network. The service center stores the message data in response to a return destination box number and conducts edit and a logging processing immediately.

【課題】受信側の返信操作が簡単であると共に、放送側
の返信データの集計、編集処理を簡略化して、本来は一
方通行の放送でありながら放送者と受信者間であたかも
双方向通信のようなコミュニケーションをはかる。


【解決手段】放送電波に多重された、送信先ボックス番
号を含むデータを受信する文字情報受信部20と、この文
字情報受信部20で受信したデータを記憶する受信データ
メモリ27と、この受信データメモリ27に記憶した受信デ
ータに対する返信メッセージデータをキー入力部25で入
力することで入力した返信メッセージデータを記憶する
入力メッセージメモリ28と、記憶した返信メッセージデ
ータの送信指示に対し、入力メッセージメモリ28に記憶
した返信メッセージデータに上記受信データメモリ27に
記憶されている対応する送信先ボックス番号を付加して
送信させる制御部23とを備える。
