(EN) The invention provides a (meth)acrylic resin composition including a (meth)acrylic resin A and a (meth)acrylic resin B which has a lower glass-transition temperature than the (meth)acrylic resin A and of which a weight-average molecular weight is more than 100000, a (meth)acrylic resin film using the composition and a tension film thereof and a polarizing plate comprising the (meth)acrylic resin film, the tension film thereof and a polarizing film.
