Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Isolierstoff und die Verwendung des Isolierstoffs für rotierende Maschinen wie Motoren und Generatoren. Dabei offenbart die Erfindung erstmals einen Isolierstoff mit einem Füllstoff, der nicht nur auf einer monomodalen Nanopartikelgroßenverteilung basiert. Dadurch wird die Ausbildung von in-situ-Schutzschichten auf dem zu isolierenden Körper stark begünstigt.

The invention relates to an insulating material and to the use of the insulating material for rotating machines such as motors and generators. The invention discloses for the first time an insulating material with a filler that is not based only on a monomodal nanoparticle size distribution. This is highly conducive to the formation of in situ protective layers on the body to be insulated.

L'invention concerne un matériau isolant et l'utilisation du matériau isolant pour des machines rotatives telles que des moteurs et des générateurs. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le matériau isolant contient une charge qui n'est pas uniquement basée sur une distribution nanogranulométrique monomodale. Ceci permet de favoriser considérablement la création de couches de protection in-situ sur le corps isolant.
