Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for tire molding with a simple structure capable of easily opening a plurality of segments which molds a tread part of a tire.

SOLUTION: A plurality of segments 5 is energized to outside R2 of a tire radial direction R by an energization mechanism. The segment 5 comprises: a first contact part 5B contacting an outer ring 6 moving in one side of a tire width direction W; and a second contact part 5C contacting an outer ring 6 moving in the other side of the tire width direction W. The outer ring 6 has: a first slide part 6D to which the first contact part 5B slidably contacts, and which pushes the first contact part 5B toward inside R1 of the tire radial direction R; and a second slide part 6E to which the second contact part 5C slidably contacts and which pushes the second contact part 5C toward outside R2 of the tire radial direction R.

【課題】簡易な構造のタイヤ成型用モールドにより、タイヤのトレッド部を成型する複数のセグメントを容易に開閉する。
【解決手段】複数のセグメント5は、付勢機構により、タイヤ半径方向Rの外側R2に付勢される。セグメント5は、タイヤ幅方向Wの一方側に移動するアウターリング6と接触する第1接触部5Bと、タイヤ幅方向Wの他方側に移動するアウターリング6と接触する第2接触部5Cを有する。アウターリング6は、第1接触部5Bがスライド可能に接触して、第1接触部5Bをタイヤ半径方向Rの内側R1に押す第1スライド部6Dと、第2接触部5Cがスライド可能に接触して、第2接触部5Cをタイヤ半径方向Rの外側R2に押す第2スライド部6Eを有する。
