Abstract
(EN) The application relates to a microorganism having weakened activity of a LacI family DNA-binding transcriptional regulator protein, and an L-glutamic acid production method using same. A Corynebacterium sp. microorganism having weakened activity of a LacI family DNA-binding transcriptional regulator protein has remarkably increased L-glutamic acid productivity, and thus the microorganism can produce L-glutamic acid in a yield higher than that of a conventional microorganism by using same.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un microorganisme possédant une activité affaiblie d'une protéine régulatrice de transcription de liaison à l'ADN de la famille LacI, et un procédé de production d'acide L-glutamique l'utilisant. L'invention Concerne une Corynebacterium sp. possédant une activité affaiblie d'une protéine régulatrice de transcription se liant à l'ADN de la famille LacI, ledit microorganisme possédant une productivité d'acide L-glutamique remarquablement accrue, et peut ainsi produire de l'acide L-glutamique avec un rendement supérieur à celui d'un microorganisme conventionnel à l'aide de celui-ci.
(KO) 본 출원은 LacI 계열 DNA 결합 전사 조절자 단백질의 활성이 약화된 미생물 및 이를 이용한 L-글루탐산의 생산방법에 관한 것으로, 본 출원의 LacI 계열 DNA 결합 전사 조절자 단백질의 활성이 약화된 코리네박테리움 속 미생물은 L-글루탐산 생산능이 현저히 증가되어, 이를 이용하면 기존의 미생물에 비해 고수율로 L-글루탐산 생산이 가능하다.
