According to the unmanned aerial vehicle base station and the unmanned aerial vehicle communication system, a base station and a logistics unmanned aerial vehicle can maintain high-speedand high-quality normal data transmission; and in a remote area, the logistics unmanned aerial vehicle can also be in contact with a background server, so that normal operation of the logistics unmanned aerial vehicle can be ensured, and tasks of receiving/distributing and the like of parcels in the remote area can be completed.
