Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a cell extrusion system and a cell extrusion method using same, the cell extrusion system comprising: a filter provided with a porous membrane and a holder which supports the membrane; a tube in which a cell suspension flows, the tube being connected to both sides of the filter such that the cell suspension flows through the membrane; and an extrusion unit provided with a pump that is connected to one side of the tube to transport the cell suspension. The present invention has the effect of making it possible to mass-produce cell-derived vesicles reliably and economically.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système d'extrusion cellulaire et un procédé d'extrusion cellulaire l'utilisant, le système d'extrusion cellulaire comprenant les éléments suivants : un filtre muni d'une membrane poreuse et un support supportant la membrane ; un tube dans lequel s'écoule une suspension cellulaire, le tube étant relié aux deux côtés du filtre afin que la suspension cellulaire s'écoule à travers la membrane ; et une unité d'extrusion munie d'une pompe reliée à un côté du tube pour transporter la suspension cellulaire. La présente invention permet de produire en masse des vésicules dérivées de cellules de manière fiable et économique.
(KO) 본 발명은 세포 압출 시스템 및 이를 이용한 세포 압출 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 다공성 멤브레인 및 상기 멤브레인을 지지하는 홀더를 구비하는 필터; 내부로 세포부유액이 흐르도록 구비되고, 상기 세포부유액이 상기 멤브레인을 통과하여 흐르도록 상기 필터의 양측에 연결되는 튜브; 및 상기 튜브의 일측에 연결되어 상기 세포부유액을 이송시키는 펌프를 구비하는 압출유닛을 포함하는 세포 압출 시스템과 이를 이용한 세포 압출 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 세포 유래 베시클을 안정적이면서도 경제적이고, 대량으로 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
