Abstract
(EN) A photon pair generator generating a correlated photon pair by hyper parametric scattering in which generation efficiency of correlated photon pair can be enhanced furthermore. A quantum well (4) is provided in a resonator (2). Incident light irradiated from a light source (6) to the resonator (2) resonates in the resonator (2) to bring about a specific resonator mode. The generation efficiency of correlated photon pair by hyper parametric scattering in the quantum well (4) is enhanced by providing the quantum well (4) at a position where the electric field strength of light is raised by the resonator mode.
(FR) L'invention concerne un générateur de paires de photons permettant de générer avec un rendement amélioré des paires de photons intriqués par diffusion hyperparamétrique. Un puits quantique (4) est formé dans un résonateur (2). La lumière incidente émise d'une source lumineuse (6) jusqu'au résonateur (2) résonne dans le résonateur (2) pour exciter un mode particulier du résonateur. Le rendement de génération des paires de photons intriqués par diffusion hyperparamétrique dans le puits quantique (4) est améliorée lorsque le puits quantique (4) est placé dans une position où le mode du résonateur accroît l'intensité du champ électrique de la lumière.
(JA)  ハイパーパラメトリック散乱によって相関光子対を生成する光子対生成装置において、より相関光子対の生成効率を向上させることを可能とする光子対生成装置を提供する。共振器(2)の内部に、量子井戸(4)を設ける。光源(6)から共振器(2)に照射された入射光は、共振器(2)において共振し、特定の共振器モードとなる。この共振器モードによって光の電場強度が高くなっている位置に量子井戸(4)を設けることによって、量子井戸(4)におけるハイパーパラメトリック散乱による相関光子対の生成効率を向上させる。
