Abstract

A display panel and a display device. In the display panel, a conductive film layer (404) is electrically connected to a gate (401) of a thin film transistor by means of a first via (409). The conductive film layer (404) and a source (407)/drain (406) of the thin film transistor at least partially overlap at respective corresponding regions thereof so as to form a first capacitor structure. Overlapping regions of the source (407)/drain (406) and the gate (401) of the thin film transistor form a second capacitor. The above arrangement can increase the boost capacitance value of the panel and reduce the space required for a drive circuit.

L'invention concerne un panneau d'affichage et un dispositif d'affichage. Dans le panneau d'affichage, une couche de film conducteur (404) est connectée électriquement à une grille (401) d'un transistor à couches minces au moyen d'un premier trou d'interconnexion (409). La couche de film conducteur (404) et un drain (406)/source (407) du transistor à couches minces se chevauchent au moins partiellement au niveau de leurs régions correspondantes respectives de façon à former une première structure de condensateur. Des régions de chevauchement du drain (406)/source (407) et de la grille (401) du transistor à couches minces forment un second condensateur. L'agencement ci-dessus permet augmenter la valeur de capacité d'amplification du panneau et de réduire l'espace requis pour un circuit d'attaque.
