Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blower having a bearing structure, which is capable of reducing the number of parts, facilitating assembly, reducing manufacturing costs, thickening a shaft of a motor, improving durability, preventing rotary vibration to the utmost, and improving silent property.

SOLUTION: A rotary center part of an impeller 10 is provided with a sleeve 6 and a shaft 7, the shaft is formed as a two step shaft of a large diameter part 7a and a small diameter part 7b in only one end part, a first rolling groove is formed on a proper outer periphery of the large diameter part, a second rolling groove corresponding to the first rolling groove is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the sleeve, a ball for a first train is disposed between both rolling grooves, an inner wheel is fitted and fixed to the small diameter part of the shaft, a ball for a second train is disposed between a third rolling groove of the outer peripheral surface of the inner wheel, and a fourth rolling groove formed on an inner circumferential surface of the sleeve so as to correspond to the third rolling groove, and the inner wheel is supported by a bearing device which is properly fixed to the small diameter part of the shaft by a proper preload.

【課題】部品点数が少なく、また組み付けも容易で、製
造コストを低減でき、また、モータの軸は太くできて、
耐久性に優れ、かつ回転振れを極力防止できて、静粛性
に優れた軸受構造を有する送風機を提供する。


【解決手段】羽根車10の回転中心部分を、スリーブ6
と軸7を備え、軸は大径部7aと一端部のみ小径部7b
とした二段軸で、大径部の適所外周に第一転動溝が形成
され、この第一転動溝に対応する第二転動溝が前記スリ
ーブの内周面に形成され、両転動溝間に第一列用のボー
ルが配設され、軸の小径部には内輪が嵌合、固定され、
この内輪外周面の第三転動溝と、これに対応するよう前
記スリーブの内周面に形成された第四転動溝との間に第
二列用のボールが配設され、かつ内輪が適正予圧で軸の
小径部に適宜固定された軸受装置にて支持した。
