The embodiment of the invention provides aluminosilicate microcrystalline glass as well as a preparation method and a product thereof. Besides the glass phase, the main crystal phase of the aluminosilicate microcrystalline glass comprises the following components in percentage by volume: 5%-30% of MgAl2O4 crystals, 10%-30% of Li2Si2O5, 5%-30% of quartz and quartz solid solution, and the balance ofother inevitable impurities that may include intermediate products when MgAl2O4 crystals, Li2Si2O5 crystals or quartz and quartz solid solutions are generated, and other inevitable impurities in a glass manufacturing process, etc.
