Abstract
(EN) This chattering detection method for a cold rolling mill involves a measurement step for measuring vibration in the cold rolling mill, a calculation step in which, for a vibration time waveform measured in the measurement step, calculates a time waveform of vibration intensity by performing a frequency analysis with a prescribed period not longer than the time that periodic vibration continues without converging, and a predictive vibration determination step in which, on the basis of the number of points at which the vibration intensity included in the vibration intensity time waveform calculated in the calculation step is greater than a prescribed threshold value, vibration in the cold rolling mill that is predictive of chattering is detected.
(ZH) 本发明涉及的冷轧机的颤动检测方法包括:测定步骤,对冷轧机的振动进行测定;算出步骤,对测定步骤中测定出的振动的时间波形,以与周期性振动不收敛而持续的时间相同或小于该时间的规定周期执行频率解析,由此算出振动强度的时间波形;以及预兆振动判定步骤,基于算出步骤中算出的振动强度的时间波形中所包含的振动强度大于规定阈值的点的数量,检测冷轧机的颤动的预兆振动。
