Abstract

An exhaust gas purification device (1) comprises: a main body shell (31) and an outlet-side shell (41) which are cylindrical in shape and are detachably disposed in series along a direction of flow of exhaust gas; and a CSF (32) disposed inside the main body shell (31). A heat insulation mat (322) is interposed between the main body shell (31) and the CSF (32), a bulging portion (51) is provided in an end portion of the main body shell (31) on the side of the outlet-side shell (41), and a flare portion (61) which gradually expands toward the main body shell (31) is provided in an end portion of the outlet-side shell (41) on the side of the main body shell (31), wherein the shells (31, 41) are connected with each other by means of a fastening device (7) which has a V-insert (71) extending over the bulging portion (51) and the flare portion (61), and an end portion of the CSF (32) on the side of the outlet-side shell (41) protrudes toward the outlet-side shell (41) more than the end portion of the heat insulation mat (322) and is positioned inside the end portion of the main body shell (31).

Le dispositif de purification de gaz d'échappement (1) de l'invention est équipé : d'une enveloppe de corps principal (31) ainsi que d'une enveloppe côté décharge (41) de forme tubulaire et disposées en série de manière à permettre leur installation/retrait suivant la direction d'écoulement d'un gaz d'échappement; et d'un filtre pour suie catalysée (CSF) (32) disposé à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe de corps principal (31). Un revêtement calorifuge (322) s'interpose entre l'enveloppe de corps principal (31) et le filtre pour suie catalysée (32). Une partie bosse (51) est agencée sur la partie extrémité de l'enveloppe de corps principal (31) côté enveloppe côté décharge (41). Une partie évasée (61) s'élargissant vers le côté enveloppe de corps principal (31), est agencée sur la partie extrémité de l'enveloppe côté décharge (41) côté enveloppe de corps principal (31). Les enveloppes (31, 41) sont individuellement raccordées l'une à l'autre par une pièce de fixation (7) possédant un organe élastique en V qui chevauche la partie bosse (51) et la partie évasée (61). La partie extrémité du filtre pour suie catalysée (32) côté enveloppe côté décharge (41) fait saillie côté enveloppe côté décharge (41) par rapport à la partie extrémité du revêtement calorifuge (322), et est positionnée côté interne par rapport à la partie extrémité de l'enveloppe de corps principal (31).
