A scale inhibiting pipe and a manufacturing process therefor. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: S1, providing an ultra-high molecular weight PP and/or PE raw material, and forming an outer filter element by semi-melting, compression moulding and sintering the PP and/or PE raw material; S2, providing the ultra-high molecular weight PP and/or PE raw material, and forming an inner filter element by semi-melting, compression moulding and sintering the PP and/or PE raw material; S3, assembling the outer filter element and the inner filter element to form a pipe body, injecting a FOF scale inhibiting agent between the outer filter element and the inner filter element, and forming the scale inhibiting pipe by semi-melting, compression moulding and sintering. The scale inhibiting agent in the whole scale inhibiting pipe is distributed more uniformly, the FOF scale inhibiting agent is released slowly, so that the scale inhibiting pipe has a good scale inhibiting effect and realizes a sustainable scale inhibiting effect. Moreover, the FOF scale inhibiting agent would not affect water quality after entering water, has little impact on the pH of raw water and is helpful to maintain the properties of raw water.

La présente invention concerne un tuyau inhibiteur de tartre et un procédé de fabrication de celui-ci. Le procédé de fabrication comprend les étapes suivantes : S1, fournir un matériau brut de PP et/ou PE de poids moléculaire extrêmement élevé et former un élément filtrant externe par moulage par semi-fusion, moulage par compression et frittage du matériau brut de PP et/ou PE ; S2, fournir le matériau brut de PP et/ou PE de poids moléculaire extrêmement élevé et former un élément filtrant interne par semi-fusion, moulage par compression et frittage du matériau brut de PP et/ou PE ; S3, assembler l'élément filtrant externe et l'élément filtrant interne pour former un corps de tuyau, injecter un agent d'inhibition de tartre FOF entre l'élément filtrant externe et l'élément filtrant interne, et former le tuyau inhibiteur de tartre par semi-fusion, moulage par compression et frittage. L'agent d'inhibition de tartre dans l'ensemble du tuyau inhibiteur de tartre est distribué plus uniformément, l'agent d'inhibition de tartre FOF est libéré lentement, de telle sorte que le tuyau inhibiteur de tartre possède un effet d'inhibition de tartre satisfaisant et durable. De plus, l'agent inhibiteur de tartre FOF n'affecte pas la qualité de l'eau après l'entrée d'eau, a peu d'impact sur le pH de l'eau brute et est utile pour maintenir les propriétés de l'eau brute.
