The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lattice-shaped X-ray grid and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a lattice-shaped X-ray grid, the method comprising: forming a plurality of grooves on a substrate made of an X-ray permeable material in each of horizontal and vertical directions by using a sawing machine so as to form lattice-shaped grooves in a checkerboard pattern as a whole; putting the substrate having the lattice-shaped grooves formed thereby into a storage tank filled with an X-ray absorbing material in a liquid state; and evacuating the inside of the storage tank into vacuum to cause the lattice-shaped grooves formed on the substrate made of the X-ray permeable material to be closely filled with the X-ray absorbing material in the liquid state. Therefore, the present invention can further simplify a process of manufacturing the X-ray grid and enable easy manufacturing of a lattice-shaped ultrahigh density grid, which is difficult to be implemented by a conventional laminating method.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une grille de rayons X en forme de treillis et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de fabrication d'une grille de rayons X en forme de treillis, le procédé comprenant : la formation d'une pluralité de rainures sur un substrat constitué d'un matériau perméable aux rayons X dans chacune des directions horizontale et verticale à l'aide d'une machine à scier de façon à former des rainures en forme de treillis dans un motif en damier dans son ensemble; le placement du substrat ayant les rainures en forme de treillis ainsi formées dans un réservoir de stockage rempli d'un matériau absorbant les rayons X dans un état liquide; et la mise sous vide de l'intérieur du réservoir de stockage pour entraîner le remplissage serré des rainures en forme de treillis formées sur le substrat constitué du matériau perméable aux rayons X avec le matériau absorbant les rayons X à l'état liquide. Par conséquent, la présente invention peut en outre simplifier un procédé de fabrication de la grille à rayons X et permettre la fabrication aisée d'une grille à ultra-haute densité en forme de treillis, qui est difficile à mettre en oeuvre par un procédé de stratification classique.

본 발명은 격자형 X선 그리드 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 X선 투과 재질의 기판에 소잉 머신을 이용하여 가로 및 세로 방향으로 각각 다수개의 홈을 형성하여, 전체적으로는 바둑판 모양의 격자형 홈을 형성하고, 이렇게 격자형 홈이 형성된 기판을 액체상태의 X선 흡수물질이 채워진 저장조에 투입한 후, 저장조 내부를 진공화하는 과정을 통해 액체상태의 X선 흡수물질이 X선 투과 재질의 기판에 형성된 격자형 홈에 긴밀하게 충진되도록 구성함으로써, X선 그리드의 제조공정을 보다 간소화하는 동시에, 기존의 적층방식으로는 구현하기 힘든 격자형 초고밀도 X선 그리드를 용이하게 제조할 수 있는 격자형 X선 그리드의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
