Abstract

Binding proteins comprising a pseudoFab domain including a stabilised knockout domain and a second VH/VL that form a first functional antigen binding domain are provided. Multispecific binding proteins comprising at least one pseudoFab are also provided. Multispecific binding proteins, nucleic acids encoding binding proteins and multispecific binding proteins, expression vectors, host cells, pharmaceutical composition and methods of treatment administering the binding proteins or multispecific binding proteins described herein are also provided.

L'invention concerne des protéines de liaison comprenant un domaine pseudoFab comprenant un domaine knockout stabilisé et un second domaine VH/VL qui forment un premier domaine liant l'antigène fonctionnel. L'invention concerne également des protéines de liaison multispécifiques comprenant au moins un pseudoFab. L'invention concerne également des protéines de liaison multispécifiques, des acides nucléiques codant pour des protéines de liaison et des protéines de liaison multispécifiques, des vecteurs d'expression, des cellules hôtes, une composition pharmaceutique et des méthodes de traitement administrant les protéines de liaison ou les protéines de liaison multispécifiques décrites dans la description.
