Abstract
(EN) The disclosure relates to a system comprising software that predicts responsiveness of subjects to certain disease modifying drugs. Embodiments of the disclosure include methods comprising calculating a differential interaction score (DIS), correlating the DIS with the likelihood that a dysfunctional protein-protein interaction is the causal agent of a disease or disorder, and identifying a subject responsive to a treatment based upon the causal agent.
(FR) La présente divulgation concerne un système comprenant un logiciel prédisant la réactivité de sujets à certains médicaments modifiant une maladie. Des modes de réalisation de la présente divulgation comprennent des procédés comprenant le calcul d'un score d'interaction différentielle (DIS), la corrélation du DIS avec la probabilité qu'une interaction protéine-protéine dysfonctionnelle soit l'agent causal d'une maladie ou d'un trouble, et l'identification d'un sujet répondant à un traitement basé sur l'agent causal.
