Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides an improved process for the preparation of Ferric carboxymaltose (FCM) complex. In this process the oxidation of maltodextrins are carried out by using peroxide in the presence of sodium tungstate catalyst and later complex formation with ferric hydroxide or iron hydroxide maltodextrin complex.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré pour la préparation d'un complexe de carboxymaltose ferrique (FCM). Dans ce procédé, l'oxydation des maltodextrines est mise en œuvre à l'aide d'eau oxygénée en présence de catalyseur de tungstate de sodium, puis d'une formation complexe avec de l'hydroxyde ferrique ou un complexe de maltodextrine d'hydroxyde de fer.
