The present invention addresses the problem of providing a powder that has excellent adhesive strength to biological tissue when applied to a wound-covering material or the like. The present invention also addresses the problem of providing a wound-covering material and an adhesion prevention material. The powder contains particles containing a crosslinked gelatin derivative, wherein the gelatin derivative has a structure represented by formula (1): GtlnNH-L-CHR1R2 (in the formula, Gltn represents a residue of gelatin, L represents a single bond or a divalent linking group, R1 represents a hydrocarbon group having 1-20 carbon atoms, and R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1-20 carbon atoms), the particles have an average sphericity of 1.45 or less, and the standard deviation of the sphericity of the particles is 0.25 or less.

La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'une poudre qui a une excellente force d'adhérence à un tissu biologique lorsqu'elle est appliquée à un matériau de couverture de plaie ou similaire. La présente invention aborde également le problème de la fourniture d'un matériau de couverture de plaie et d'un matériau de prévention d’adhérence. La poudre contient des particules contenant un dérivé de gélatine réticulé, le dérivé de gélatine ayant une structure représentée par la formule (1) : GtlnNH-L-CHR1R2 (dans la formule, Gltn représente un résidu de gélatine, L représente une liaison simple ou un groupe de liaison divalent, R1 représente un groupe hydrocarboné ayant de 1 à 20 atomes de carbone, et R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe hydrocarboné ayant de 1 à 20 atomes de carbone), les particules ont un degré de sphéricité moyen de 1,45 ou moins, et l'écart-type du degré de sphéricité des particules est inférieur ou égal à 0,25.
