Abstract

Disclosed are an aluminosilicate microcrystalline glass, a preparation method therefor and a product thereof. In addition to a glass phase, the main crystal phase of the microcrystalline glass comprises, in volume proportions, 5%-30% of an MgAl2O4 crystal, 10%-30% of an Li2Si2O5 crystal, and 5%-30% of quartz and a quartz solid solution, with the balance being other inevitable impurities. The inevitable impurities may comprise intermediate products during the formation of the MgAl2O4 crystal, the Li2Si2O5 crystal, or the quartz and the quartz solid solution, other inevitable impurities in the fabrication process of glasses, etc.

L'invention concerne un verre aluminosilicate microcristallin, son procédé de préparation et un produit à base de celui-ci. En plus d'une phase vitreuse, la phase cristalline principale du verre microcristallin comprend, en proportions volumiques, 5 à 30 % d'un cristal de MgAl2O4, 10 à 30 % d'un cristal de Li2Si2O5 et 5 à 30 % de quartz et d'une solution solide de quartz, le reste étant constitué d'autres impuretés inévitables. Les impuretés inévitables peuvent comprendre des produits intermédiaires apparus lors de la formation du cristal de MgAl2O4, du cristal de Li2Si2O5, ou du quartz et de la solution solide de quartz, d'autres impuretés inévitables apparues lors du processus de fabrication du verre, etc.
