Abstract
(EN) The present invention is a type of machine- made flooring from the family of machine- made carpets. Moreover, the present invention discloses the method of production of this flooring as well. In this invention, thread or yarn is first produced using the fiber with the uniform shrinkage. In this process, for reducing the effect of shrinkage in CF threads, packages of thread can be separated from each other with cutting the ordinary yarns and also packaging these threads. Of course, using de- packaging machine will pave the suitable way for creating a uniform mix of the fibers cut. Given the above issue, disperse of fibers enjoys very low and very high shrinkage in the mentioned mix which has been distributed equally.
(FR) La présente invention est un type de revêtement de sol réalisé par machine provenant de la famille des tapis fabriqués par machine. De plus, la présente invention concerne également le procédé de production dudit revêtement de sol. Dans la présente invention, le fil est d'abord produit à l'aide de la fibre ayant le retrait uniforme. Dans ce procédé, pour réduire l'effet du retrait dans des fils CF, des paquets de fils peuvent être séparés les uns des autres par découpe des fils ordinaires et également par conditionnement de ces fils. Bien entendu, l'utilisation d'une machine de déconditionnement fournit la manière appropriée de créer un mélange uniforme des fibres coupées. Étant donné le problème ci-dessus, la dispersion de fibres bénéficie d'un très faible retrait et d'un retrait très élevé dans le mélange mentionné qui a été distribué de manière égale.
