Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a method for the preparation of carbamic acid (R)-1-aryl-2-tetrazolyl-ethyl ester, comprising the enantioselective enzyme reduction of the corresponding arylketone and the carbamation of the resultant alcohol.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la préparation d'ester (R)-1-aryl-2-tétrazolyléthylique de l'acide carbamique, comprenant la réduction enzymatique énantiosélective de l'arylcétone correspondante et la carbamation de l'alcool ainsi obtenu.
