(57) Abstract:
(EN): A method of assembling a structure, such as a wind turbine, is disclosed. The method comprises a step of providing a lifting arrangement comprising a gantry disposed over and/or directly above a rail, and lifting means coupled to the gantry. The method further comprises stacking portions of the structure by: conveyably disposing a first portion of the structure relative to the rail; lifting a second portion of the structure using the lifting means; disposing the first portion underneath the second portion by conveying the first portion along the rail; and lowering the second portion onto the first portion. Also disclosed is a corresponding system for assembling a structure, such as a wind turbine, and corresponding clamping and/or gripping system.
(FR): L'invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage d'une structure, telle qu'une éolienne. Le procédé comprend une étape de fourniture d'un agencement de levage comprenant une ossature disposée sur et/ou directement au-dessus d'un rail, et des moyens de levage couplés à l'ossature. Le procédé comprend en outre l'empilement de parties de la structure par: la disposition de manière transportable d'une première partie de la structure par rapport au rail; le levage d'une seconde partie de la structure à l'aide du moyen de levage; la disposition de la première partie sous la seconde partie en transportant la première partie le long du rail; et l'abaissement de la seconde partie sur la première partie. L'invention concerne également un système correspondant d'assemblage d'une structure, telle qu'une éolienne, et un système de pinçage et/ou de préhension correspondant.
