(EN): The present specification discloses a priming cosmetic composition and a preparing method therefor. In an embodiment, a cosmetic composition of the present invention, which is a P/O/W type emulsion containing an inner phase, a surfactant, an oil phase, and an outer water phase, is prepared by utilizing a lipophilic surfactant having high interaction with the oil phase. Therefore, water, which accounts for most of the composition, quickly evaporates, and thus a user can feel a moist application, and through sweat and sebum control by a powder into which the oil phase is adsorbed, a user can feel a soft and dry finish. In addition, the cosmetic agent of the present invention also shows a waterproof effect. Therefore, in an embodiment, the sustainability of makeup can be improved by using the cosmetic composition of the present invention before application of real base makeup, and thus the composition of the present invention can be variously utilized as an independent cosmetic formulation.
(FR): La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique d'amorçage et son procédé de préparation. Dans un mode de réalisation, une composition cosmétique de la présente invention, qui est une émulsion de type P/H/E (Polyol/Huile/Eau) contenant une phase interne, un tensioactif, une phase huileuse et une phase aqueuse externe, est préparée en utilisant un tensioactif lipophile ayant une interaction élevée avec la phase huileuse. Par conséquent, l'eau, qui représente la plupart de la composition, s'évapore rapidement, et ainsi un utilisateur peut ressentir une application humide, et par la transpiration et la régulation du sébum par une poudre dans laquelle la phase huileuse est adsorbée, un utilisateur peut ressentir un fini doux et sec. De plus, l'agent cosmétique de la présente invention présente également un effet étanche à l'eau. Par conséquent, dans un mode de réalisation, la durabilité du maquillage peut être améliorée en utilisant la composition cosmétique de la présente invention avant l'application d'un maquillage de base réel, et ainsi la composition de la présente invention peut être utilisée de diverses manières en tant que formulation cosmétique indépendante.
