(EN): Provided are a battery device (10) and a vehicle (100). The battery device (10) comprises: a housing (1), the housing (1) being provided with a first gas interface (11) and a second gas interface (12); multiple batteries, the multiple batteries being arranged in the housing (1) and being divided into multiple battery packs (2); and heat exchange air channels (3), the heat exchange air channels (3) being formed in the housing (1) by means of two adjacent battery packs (2) being spaced apart and being arranged in a staggered manner, wherein a gaseous medium for regulating the temperature of the batteries is adapted to flow, from one of the first gas interface (11) and the second gas interface (12), into the heat exchange air channels (3) so as to flow through each of the battery packs (2) in sequence and flow out of the other of the first gas interface (11) and the second gas interface (12).
